People often ponder on what it takes to achieve success and never have to worry about bills again. The thought of not having to live from paycheck to paycheck can be very alluring. However, how many people really know what it takes to live that boundless life?

The good news is you don’t have to stay ignorant because there are a multitude of ways to reach financial freedom, provided you have an endless supply of courage and a mind that is sharp, open, and tuned into opportunity.

There is a certain way of thinking that will allow you to see challenges as stepping stones, make smart decisions and achieve impeccable results in your financial life. This mindset is the mindset of an entrepreneur and it will prove to be very useful to you as you progress in your ventures.

It is this mindset that Byron Johnson adopted to achieve success in the commercial real estate space. In an economy where many people are scrambling after meager wages, Byron is able to command top-notch pricing for his properties and is making major changes in the Florida real estate landscape with his company, The Johnson Foundation of Florida.

“The Johnson Foundation of Florida is a commercial real estate brand established in Tampa, Florida, “ Byron shares. “We have 3 properties which are 100% occupied with 150 tenants. Our target customer is the medium to small business owner and our spaces typically rent for $500-$700 per unit.

The brand was developed with a vision to support small business owners in the Tampa area that were looking for affordable spaces to operate their companies. “Many tenants are first-time businesses or new business owners that are looking to make their businesses a little more legitimate by occupying a commercial space,” Byron adds. “Being an entrepreneur myself, I saw the need for affordable commercial spaces and decided to launch The Johnson Foundation of Florida to service other business owners. As a young man with a family to provide for alongside being a business owner with staff, I saw this opportunity to acquire real estate as means to provide long term success and stability for both.” Upon obtaining the 3 commercial properties, Byron renovated and remodeled each location and was able to take properties with only 60% occupancy to 100% occupancy in only a short time.

Byron has been able to identify the massive opportunity in commercial real estate, a niche that is often neglected by even the most seasoned investors. By capitalizing on this gap, he has created an income stream that is stable, reliable, and will stand the test of time.

“There are many people that have businesses but need a commercial space to bring legitimacy to their business. I saw a need for this and decided to use the Johnson Foundation of Florida to help provide affordable commercial rentals and aim to solve this problem. In business there are many ups and downs, but with real estate there are far less unforeseeable issues that occur.”
